What to expect during a training session:

A learning experience catered to You. I want to make sure you learn how to properly warm up, get your workout in for the day, then close it out with a restorative cool down. The training tools that we use will depend on what you are into but generally barbells, steel mace, med balls, bands, kettlebells and of course your own body weight.

Unconventional training for Strength & Mobility. Durability methods for Longevity and Performance. Learn the art of Steel Mace Flow and the gentle art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

UnI like all forms of training and don’t believe there is one “best” type. But I specialize and have greater interest in strength and hypertrophy (fancy word for muscle growth). 

What to expect during a training session:

Expect lots of relevant questions, teaching, and cueing. I like to tell my clients that my goal is for you to eventually not need my assistance to train, but simply want me there for moral support and accountability. Sessions with me should be fun, yet productive and programed specifically for you.
